My past week of training

So...here is what I have been doing to get ready for the racing season. I am posting this in the hope that it might be inspirational or give people training ideas. I encourage others to post their training too! from what I heard people are doing, I feel like I'm kinda slacking...
I am introducing some intensity into my training after doing aerobic base for the past month and a half. I would recommend that if you don't have much of an aerobic base to focus on building it for the next few weeks before doing to much intensity.
Past Week, in no particular order:
1:30 spin with CBRC... 8x3min at zone 3ish, 6x1:30min at zone 4, and 4x15sec super high cadence
2 days of weights (shoulda been 3) - strength building phase with focus on leg extension strength (squats)
2 days - 1:15 mt bike easy pace with dips into zones 3-4.
Sunset terrace 5x2ish min lactate threshold intervals
XC ski 3 hours with lots of climbing

I wimped out again and didn't go on the CBRC road ride this weekend. 3 hours in 3o degs. eww.
